Swim families,
Here are a few fun charity runs that some White Rapids will be attending:
1. Mine Town Days in Lantzville 5 km or free kids 1 km on Saturday, September 6 at Costin Hall.
9 am start for the 5 km ($10) and 9:30 am start for the 1 km.

2. Run For the Mountain to raise funds for Mount Benson Regional Park on Saturday, September 13 at 9 am at Westwood
Lake Park. This is Coach Byron’s favourite race!! Cost is $5 for youth and $20 (until Sept. 5) then $25.
